We use the information we collect about you, to process computer repair orders and to provide a more personalized experience.

What Information Do We Collect? How Do We Use It?
When we provide computer repair service, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number. This allows us to notify you of your service status.  If you choose to use a credit or debit card to pay for the computer repair and parts, the charge process will be handled directly by Paypal using their secure website.  The only part Computer Pc Medic plays in the charging process is providing a “gateway” (connection) to the Paypal secure website.

How Does Computer Pc Medic Protect Customer Information?
Computer Pc Medic, does not copy any of your data, unless you request a data recovery or a disk upgrade.  In all cases, when the process is complete and your have received and approved of the work, your data will be deleted from our secure server.  In all cases, all hard drives will be returned to you.

Will Computer Pc Medic Disclose the Information it Collects to Outside Parties?
Computer Pc Medic does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. 

In Summary
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We are not planning to do so in the future with any third parties.
